Air Journey, along with your Journey Director, will greet you this morning at Stuart Airport (KSUA) for a pilot briefing before we fly to Flores, Guatemala, to visit Tikal. Upon arrival, we will transfer to Las Lagunas Boutique Hotel, our home for the next three nights. Located in a private reserve, we’ll be surrounded by lush greenery and abundant wildlife. The rest of the day is at leisure to relax, explore, or indulge in a spa treatment. In the evening, we’ll gather for a welcome cocktail before dinner.
After breakfast on the second day, we’ll head out to explore Tikal, one of the largest archaeological sites of the pre-Columbian Maya civilization. Located in Tikal National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Tikal offers a rich history with numerous temples, tombs, and palaces. We’ll have lunch at the Tikal center plaza. Afterward, you can explore further on your own or enjoy the hotel’s amenities, including five lagoons and Monkey Island.
The third day is yours to enjoy at leisure. Nestled in the Guatemalan rainforest, the spa at Las Lagunas Hotel provides a luxurious retreat with views of the lagoon and lush surroundings. Guests can indulge in treatments such as massages and facials, using natural and organic ingredients, for a truly relaxing experience.

After breakfast on day one, we will transfer to the airport and take off to Liberia, Costa Rica. Upon arrival, we’ll head to Casa Chameleon, located on the Guanacaste peninsula. Perched high above the town of Las Catalinas, Casa Chameleon offers stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and access to a variety of activities such as swimming, snorkeling, and kayaking. Explore over one thousand acres of tropical forest, hills, and valleys on foot, bike, or horseback.
On day two, we will experience the natural beauty and wildlife of Tamarindo on an unforgettable boat safari tour through the stunning estuary. We will cruise through mangrove forests, spot playful monkeys and exotic birds, and soak up the breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean.
Day three promises adventure and relaxation as we embark on a private catamaran tour of the stunning Guanacaste Coast. We’ll explore picturesque beaches like Portero, Prieta, Sugar Beach, and Catalinas while enjoying the comfort of our own catamaran. After a day filled with new sights and experiences, you’ll have the rest of the day to unwind at your leisure.
Day four is at leisure to relax and explore the beautiful wildlife around Casa Chameleon. Optional activities at the resort include scuba diving, surfing, ocean discovery, and deep-sea fishing. The wellness spa offers herbal treatments, natural scrubs, and a wide range of massage therapies. Yoga classes are also available for those interested.
The following morning, after breakfast, we will take our transfer back to Liberia International Airport for our flight home. For our West or Central United States friends, a returns through Brownsville / TX instead West Palm Beach is possible.
