Set out on an enthralling adventure as we pilot our way to Colombia, a nation renowned for its rich ethnic diversity. Our destination is Cartagena, an enchanting city suspended in time between the 16th and 19th centuries, with the Caribbean Sea as its backdrop. This UNESCO World Heritage Site boasts well-preserved colonial architecture, offering a walking city experience with restored mansions, horse-drawn carriages, and old-world style plazas. Before enjoying dinner as a group, we will indulge in a delightful carriage ride tour, immersing ourselves in the city’s charm and history.
The following day, guided by a local expert, we will embark on a walking tour of the historic walled old town. Uncover the hidden history of Cartagena as we visit iconic landmarks such as Puerta Del Reloj, Plaza San Pedro Claver with its stunning Church, and Plaza Bolivar. After lunch, our adventure continues with a drive to the impressive Castillo San Felipe, the largest Spanish fortification in the Americas, built in the 17th century. Our tour concludes with a visit to the 17th-century Convent of La Popa, perched atop the city’s highest point, offering breathtaking views of the bay, Old Town, and the Caribbean Sea beyond.

After breakfast, we will transfer to the airport as we fly to San Cristobal in the Galapagos Islands, making a brief technical stop in Guayaquil, Ecuador. Upon touchdown, a seamless transfer will take us to the luxurious Hotel Indigo. There, we will enjoy an overnight stay, immersing ourselves in comfort and tranquility as we prepare for the upcoming charter flight scheduled for the following day. This strategic pause allows us to acclimate to the unique charms of the Galapagos, ensuring we’re fully refreshed and ready for the extraordinary experiences that await.

Set off on an unforgettable adventure aboard the luxurious Galapagos Horizon Trimaran. After a short charter flight to Baltra (please note that this charter flight is not included), we’ll be warmly welcomed by the Horizon crew and transferred to the yacht. Settle in with a delicious lunch before joining a welcome briefing to begin our exciting exploration.
Our first stop is Bachas Beach, where we’ll discover fascinating WWII history while encountering wildlife like flamingos, sea turtles, and crabs. Next, we sail to El Barranco, renowned for its stunning views and rare bird species, followed by a leisurely stroll along the white-sand coral shores of Darwin Bay. As we continue, we’ll explore a remote island with steep cliffs, vibrant flora, and diverse fauna before sailing to Santa Fe Island, known for its picturesque bays and scenic trails.
The adventure continues with birdwatching at Pitt Point and a visit to the pristine beaches of San Cristobal Island, where we can unwind and take in the natural beauty. Our experience wraps up with a visit to the David Rodriguez Breeding Center, where giant tortoises roam freely in a protected sanctuary. Afterward, we will take a charter flight back to San Cristobal for an overnight stay, and the next day, we will retrieve our airplanes and fly to Panama.

Upon retrieving our planes, we will fly to Panama, treating ourselves to a scenic approach to Panama City, where we will relish stunning views of the Panama Canal. Afterwards, we will transfer to Sofitel Casco Viejo, our home for the next two nights.
On the following day, our full-day sightseeing tour begins with a one-hour exploration of the Panama Canal, where we will marvel at its lush vegetation and spot local wildlife, including monkeys. Following the canal tour, we will head to the Miraflores Lock to watch ships navigate through and explore the new museum, with the opportunity to simulate the lock experience firsthand. A delightful buffet lunch awaits us at the Miraflores Restaurant, providing a panoramic view of the canal. In the afternoon, our exploration continues with a visit to the Old City, discovering its most significant sites. Later in the evening, before dinner, we will gather for a pilot’s briefing to prepare for tomorrow’s flight.
On the following day, we will transfer to the airport and fly to Marathon, FL., with an optional technical stop in Grand Cayman for refueling, as our Journey comes to the end.
