What is a Single Supplement?
Our pricing is based on double occupancy. A single supplement is an additional fee that solo travelers must pay when booking accommodations, tours, and/or cruises designed for double occupancy. This fee covers the cost of the entire room or cabin, which would typically be shared by two people.
What is the Airplane Registration Fee?
Our Airplane Registration Fee covers administrative tasks such as obtaining permits, personalized flight planning, confirming fuel availability, parking, arranging with handlers, and weather updates. It includes a dedicated Journey Director for the group and flight briefings for each leg, ensuring peace of mind throughout your Journey. Please note: Aircraft fees are not included in our packages, as clients use their own aircraft with varying make/models. The fee solely covers Air Journey obtaining these items, not their actual cost.
The Price Per Person Includes
The Airplane Registration Fee Includes
- Usage of the Air Journey App
- Direct Foreflight Links for easy flight plan uploading into your personal Foreflight account
- International flight plans, routing, frequencies, nav-aids, reporting points, and more for each leg of your Journey
- Flight plans and eAPIS manifest outbound/inbound filed on your behalf
- Pilot briefing prior to every flying day
- Fuel availability confirmed along the route of flight
- Obtaining of permits, landing rights, overflight permits, handling arrangements
- Assistance with country entry forms (Caricom, CanPASS, etc)
- Confirmed parking and fuel along our route
- Planning for additional fuel stops if required
- Air Journey Goodies – each participant will receive a shirt embroidered with their name, aircraft make/model, and airplane’s tail number with the name of the Journey, a hat per person, and a bag per couple, as a souvenir of your flying adventure.
The Price Does Not Include
- Fees associated with your aircraft (fuel, handling fees, airport fees, permit fees, landing fees, departure taxes, etc.)
- Cost of obtaining passport, visas, or inoculations required for your Journey
- Optional activities
- Cocktails and Spirits are not included
- Lunch when not listed in the itinerary
- Personal expenses such as laundry, room service, communication charges and other incidentals
- Commercial flight tickets when required
